Privacy Policy

Hizli System ("Hizli System", "we", "our", "us") is a software studio based in Pakistan. This policy covers hizlisystem.com — this website and nothing else.

Our mobile app, Yauzai Safar, is a separate product with its own privacy policy covering the data it handles. If you are looking for that, read the Yauzai Safar privacy policy. Nothing on this website is connected to your Yauzai Safar account.

Almost nothing. Browsing this site requires no account, and we ask for no personal information to read any page. Specifically, we collect:

• Nothing at all, if you only read. No sign-up, no profile, no identifier is created for you.
• Whatever you choose to put in an email to us. If you use the contact form or the update form, your own email app sends us a normal email. We then hold that email, with your name, address and message in it, the same way we hold any other correspondence.
• Nothing from the video tool. The video tool reads and re-encodes your video inside your own browser. The file is never uploaded, and we receive nothing about it — not the video, its name, or its size.
• Nothing from the number tool. The number tool finds phone numbers in the text you paste and builds its Excel sheet and contacts file inside your own browser. The text is never uploaded, and we receive nothing about it.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records ordinary request information — IP address, browser type, page requested, timestamp — to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.

It is worth being explicit, because many sites do these things and this one does not:

• No analytics of any kind — no Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Plausible, Mixpanel, PostHog or equivalent.
• No advertising or marketing pixels, no remarketing tags, no social media trackers.
• No cookies. This site sets none, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
• No session recording, heatmaps or scroll tracking.
• No fingerprinting, and no selling or sharing of personal data with anyone. We have never done this and have no plans to.

This site stores exactly one thing in your browser: your light or dark theme preference, kept in local storage so the site looks the way you left it next time. It holds no personal information, is never sent to us or anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes it. The site works normally without it — you simply get the default theme.

The contact form and the update form on this site are not connected to a server. When you submit either one, your browser opens your own email application with the details already filled in. Nothing is transmitted until you press send in your email app, and nothing you typed is stored on this website.

This means two things worth knowing. First, we only ever see what you actually choose to send. Second, your email reaches us through your own email provider, under their terms and ours — the same as if you had written to hello@hizlisystem.com directly, which you are equally welcome to do.

• Our hosting provider serves this website and keeps the standard server logs described in Section 2. They act only as our infrastructure provider.
• Fonts are served by us, not by Google. The typefaces are downloaded and bundled into the site when we build it, so your browser never contacts Google to load them and Google receives nothing about your visit.
• Links out to Google Play.If you click through to our app's store listing, you are on Google's site from that point and Google's own privacy policy applies.

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation and to our business records, and delete it when it is not. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting, then rotated out. The theme preference in your browser lasts until you clear your browser data.

Because this site collects so little, most requests come down to the emails you have sent us. You can ask us to:

• Tell you what correspondence we hold from you.
• Send you a copy of it.
• Correct anything inaccurate in it.
• Delete it, unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
• Stop contacting you entirely.

Write to hello@hizlisystem.com from the address you contacted us on, so we can be confident the request is yours. We aim to respond within 30 days.

This website is a business site aimed at adults and organisations. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change how this site handles information — for example if we ever add analytics or a real form backend — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change goes live. It is worth re-reading if you are returning after a long gap.
