By using hizlisystem.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update them from time to time; the date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

This is the marketing website of Hizli System, a software studio. It describes who we are, the kinds of work we do, and the products we have built. It is informational only.

Nothing on this site:

• Is a binding offer, quotation, or commitment to take on work.
• Is professional, legal, financial, or technical advice you should act on without your own assessment.
• Creates a client relationship between us. That begins only when we both sign a written agreement.

Prices, timelines, capabilities and availability are all agreed case by case, in writing, and are not set by anything you read here.

The contact and update forms open your own email application; see Section 5 of our Privacy Policy for how that works. When you write to us:

• Send accurate information. We may rely on what you tell us when we reply.
• Do not send confidential material, credentials, or anyone else's personal data. Email is not a secure channel and we have not agreed to protect it for you. If we need to exchange something sensitive, we will agree a proper channel first.
• Do not use these forms for spam, bulk messaging, or anything unlawful.

An email is not a contract. We may decline any enquiry, and we do not guarantee a reply or a response time.

The design, text, code, layout, graphics and the Hizli System name and logo on this site are ours, or used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own or your organisation's information, and you may link to us.

Without our written permission, you may not:

• Copy, republish, or redistribute substantial parts of this site.
• Use our name, logo, or branding to suggest a partnership, endorsement, or that we built something we did not.
• Scrape or systematically harvest the site, or use it to train a model, beyond ordinary search-engine indexing.
• Remove or obscure ownership and attribution notices.

Anything you send us stays yours. By sending it you allow us to read it, keep it, and reply to it. Please do not send ideas you consider confidential unless we have agreed in writing to treat them that way.

This site links to Yauzai Safar, our carpooling app, and to its listing on Google Play. Using that app is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, not by these. Downloading it is additionally subject to Google Play's terms.

Where we link to any other third-party site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content, its accuracy, or how it treats your information.

We try to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or fully up to date. Descriptions of our work, technologies and products may change. Figures shown on the site are indicative.

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of faults, and we may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hizli System is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website — including lost profit, lost business, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss — or from any decision you take based on information published here without your own verification.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. This section concerns this website only; liability for work we are engaged to do is set out in the agreement covering that work.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system.
• Interfere with the site's operation, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code.
• Use the site in any way that breaks the law or infringes anyone else's rights.

We may restrict access to anyone who does these things.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
